New owner and new name for Celsa Steel UK


Celsa’s Welsh-made reinforcing steel

Under new ownership, Celsa Steel UK has been rebranded as 7 Steel UK.

Sev.en Global Investments, owned by Czech billionaire Pavel Tykač, has also bought Celsa Nordic, which is now 7 Steel Nordic.

Cardiff-based Celsa Steel is the UK’s leading producer of rebar. It is also the largest recycler of scrap steel in the UK. It has an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tonnes.
