Ahead, see what Banks, Hendricks and more wore to the “Skincare” premiere.
Elizabeth Banks
“Skincare” star Banks opted for a shimmering silver dress for the premiere on Tuesday. The actress, filmmaker and producer wore a sleeveless look by LaPointe, with scalloped sequins, a hemline at the knee, halter neckline and subtle fabric draping at the neckline.
Banks paired the dress with a black blazer with sharp lapels, sheer black tights and pointed-toe black heels. Her blond hair was styled with soft waves and a side part by Ben Skervin, with makeup by artist Misha Shahzada. Banks’s look was curated by stylist Erin Walsh, who’s also worked with Selena Gomez and Anne Hathaway, among others.
Christina Hendricks
Hendricks paid homage to the host city of the “Skincare” premiere by wearing a look courtesy of New York City-based Markarian. The “Mad Men” alum wore the Lavinia midi dress with allover black sequins, puff sleeves and crystal tassel embellishments. Hendricks paired the look with pointed-toe black slingback heels and wore a bold black headband as her hair accessory.
Amber Ruffin
Amber Ruffin opted for a streamlined, semi-casual look. The comedian wore a pinstripe sleeveless jumpsuit in cream with contrasting dark lines and a belted waist. She paired the garment with black loafers featuring tassel embellishments.
“Skincare” stars Banks as renowned aesthetician Hope Goldman, whose lucrative business faces a challenge when rival Angel Vergara opens a boutique across the street from her store. Hope tries to evade ruin and find out who is trying to destroy her reputation. The film hits theaters Friday.
