Although Bella Hadid has been on a modeling hiatus to focus on her health, she made an exception to walk down the runway for the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday evening in New York.
Like her sister Gigi Hadid, the model returned to the Angels runway after a six-year hiatus following the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The younger Hadid wore a lacy red-hot bra and underwear set, paired with strappy heeled sandals featuring wraparound straps and fringe detailing in matching red.

Her look gained extra volume from a larger-than-life feathered, floor-length jacket. To complete the ensemble, Hadid styled her hair in a straight, middle-part bob with red tones, enhancing the fiery look.
“I can’t believe I just closed the Victoria’s Secret [Fashion Show]. What. Is. Life,” Hadid posted to her Instagram stories of her surprise appearance on the runway. Previously, Hadid had expressed mixed feelings about her participation in the brand’s lingerie show, saying how she felt more “confident” walking for Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty during New York Fashion Week in September 2019.

Hadid wore a black and white lace athleisure-inspired ensemble, featuring a half-jacket, for her first trip down the runway at the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. This look was part of the “Downtown Angel” segment, combining sporty elements with classic lingerie aesthetics.

Her second outfit was a light-blue lingerie set adorned with swirling feathered wings. She completed this ethereal look with light-pink feathery heels and a glimmering necklace.
After a six-year hiatus, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is back. The 2024 spectacle airs live on Prime Video and across the brand’s YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels. Former Angels such as Tyra Banks, Alessandra Ambrosio and Taylor Hill will walk the runway alongside new faces like Paloma Elsesser and Devyn Garcia. Cher, Tyla and Lisa of Blackpink are the evening’s musical guests.
