Ana de Armas and Sydney Sweeney Embrace Pastel Palettes in Louis Vuitton and Erdem at 2024 Toronto International Film Festival Premiere of ‘Eden’


Ana de Armas and Sydney Sweeney sported custom designer looks at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of their new film, “Eden,” on Saturday. Directed by Ron Howard, the survival thriller costars Jude Law and Vanessa Kirby of “The Crown.”

On the red carpet, de Armas wore a pale pink high-low Louis Vuitton gown, which featured a sheer lace skirt adorned with silver sequins. The actress accessorized with nude pumps and diamond-encrusted jewelry.

Stylist Samantha McMillen, who also counts Brie Larson and Dakota Fanning as clients, dressed de Armas for the occasion.

The “Blonde” star wore her brunette tresses in a middle part, while her makeup consisted of a bold red lip and rosy blush.

Sweeney’s Erdem ensemble consisted of an ivory strapless tea-length dress and a matching cropped cape. Both pieces were embroidered with pastel floral appliques. The “Euphoria” actress also added on pale pink pumps and jeweled rings.

Molly Dickson, stylist to Lana Del Rey and Sadie Sink, curated Sweeney’s look.

Wearing her dirty blond tresses straightened, Sweeney’s makeup featured beige eyeshadow and burgundy lip liner.

The 2024 Toronto International Film Festival takes place from Sept. 5 to 15. Featuring a selection of both Canadian and international projects, the lineup includes Gia Coppola’s “The Last Showgirl” starring Pamela Anderson, Luca Guadagnino’s “Queer” and Pedro Almodóvar’s “The Room Next Door” with Tilda Swinton and Julianne Moore, among other films.
