2025 NFL Draft: Where ex-Louisville, Kentucky football players are projected to land

The 2025 NFL Draft quickly is approaching, and several former college football players from the commonwealth expect to hear their names called beginning April 24 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The three-day event will be at Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.

Former Louisville football players Tyler Shough, Ja’Corey Brooks, Ashton Gillotte and Quincy Riley attended the NFL combine in Indianapolis. Eli Cox, Deone Walker, Jamon Dumas-Johnson and Maxwell Hairston are the former Kentucky football players who earned invites. Upton Stout was the lone player from Western Kentucky who participated at the combine.

NFL draft analyst Mel Kiper published his two-round mock draft April 8, and Chad Reuter of NFL.com published his five-round mock draft April 4.

The Athletic’s Dane Brugler released his 2025 NFL Draft Guide last week. The guide features his top 100 prospects and their draft grades. Hairston (35), Shough (50), Gillotte (78) and Riley (95) all made the list.
