Jenna Lyons Cozies Up in Balenciaga Bathrobe for ‘Real Housewives of New York City’ Reunion Outfit

Jenna Lyons made a casual departure from her typically suited-up style at the “Real Housewives of New York City” reunion, which premiered on Tuesday on Bravo.

J. MCrew’s former creative director donned a black Balenciaga bathrobe from the label’s spring 2024 collection, pairing it with a matching headwrap, wayfarer frames and Christian Louboutin heels. Gold jewelry, including a chunky charm bracelet and De Beers earrings, topped off her look.

Lyons kept her makeup relatively minimal, selecting a muted pink lip and brown eye shadow.

Speaking to Fern Mallis at a 92NY event last spring, Lyons spoke about joining the cast of Bravo’s hit reality franchise, which was completely recast in 2022.

“It was so f–king hard,” Lyons said of her first season on the show. “None of us knew each other really, how this worked or how we would be prepared. I was definitely guarded. I was surprised how hard it was. I thought I could handle it. It was just challenging.”

In the most recent season of “RHONY,” Lyons went public with her relationship with photographer Cass Bird, who she met more than a decade ago while working at J.Crew. She also opened up about being outed by the press, something she first discussed at her 92NY talk in 2024.

Following her divorce from husband Vincent Mazeau, Lyons became involved with jewelry designer Courtney Crangi. She was informed by J.Crew’s head of PR and marketing that “we have the New York Post on the other line. They’re asking if you are dating a woman. Would you like to confirm or deny?”

“For some reason, I just said, ‘Confirm,’” said Lyons, who admitted she was “very new” to dealing with the media at that time.

“It just kind of hit. I had to tell my entire team, my mother, my brother, my father — no one in my life knew. I didn’t really know what was going on,” she added. “In some ways, it was probably better because it ripped the Band-Aid off. People didn’t have to whisper.”
