K18’s former vice president of marketing, Erica Dunivan, has joined Phlur as chief marketing officer. She joins during a year of significant growth for the fragrance brand, which sells at Sephora, on TikTok Shop and Space NK and is expected by industry sources to top $60 million in net sales this year.

Sue Phillips Fragrance has tapped media industry veteran Jeremy Murphy as chief marketing officer. In the role, he will help oversee the indie business alongside veteran perfumer and founder, Sue Phillips.

RealSelf, the 2006-founded aesthetic treatment booking and education platform, has named Minou Clark as its first female CEO. The media executive has previously held roles at Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media, Yahoo and Dotdash Meredith and in her new role will aim grow RealSelf’s core Millennial and Gen Z consumer bases while reaching younger consumers as well.

Beauty studio suite company Sola Salons has named Daryl Hurst president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining, he served as president of Driven Brands’ Maaco Corp.
